A seasoned health care executive with a background as a registered nurse, Marsha brings over 25 years of clinical experience to her roles as vice president of Avivia’s client services. Marsha’s creative, consultative, and collaborative approach ensures the delivery of world-class services to our current and future clients. For the past ten years she has worked for several health and wellness organizations and gained valuable experience working in Operations, Client Services, Sales, and internal consulting. Prior to joining the Avivia team, she served as the Senior Director of Clinical Strategy for another large disease management organization and was responsible for supporting Sales and Client Services to analyze and strategize solutions for clients purchasing products and services.
KATIE WREED BELL | Partner at The Gallup Organization
Bell has extensive consulting experience with clients in the healthcare industry on issues that include workplace improvement, patient loyalty and engagement, employee engagement, and nurse recruitment and retention. She regularly advises healthcare executives and management groups in the areas of strategic planning, operational restructuring, and organizational development.
